Description:
MyDAQ consists of the following
1.
USB based
data acquisition card
-
2
differential analog input and 2 analog output (200 KS/Sec, 16 bit, +/- 10V)
-
8 digital input and digital output lines (3.3V
TTL compatible)
-
+5V, ±15V Power Supply outputs (upto 500mW of
power)
-
60V, 1A digital multimeter for measuring
voltage, current , resistance and components tester
-
8 nos. of virtual instruments like DMM,
Oscilloscope, Function Generator etc.
-
NI Multisim software – Students Version License
-
NI LabVIEW software – Students Version License
-
NI Elvismx
driver software
2. Ultiboard
– PCB design software educational edition – Single user License
The myDAQ is
designed especially for students to provide them with the technology to
experience hands – on learning anytime, anywhere. Within a single plug and play USB device, the
myDAQ combines portability with a suite of eight of the most commonly used
instruments in the Lab. Students can use
myDAQ for real engineering and when combined with NI LabVIEW and NI Multisim, can prototype
systems and analyze circuits outside of the Lecture hall and the Lab.
With this
bundle, the students can do the simulation experiments given in the
syllabus. Some of the experiments, they
can verify using myDAQ.
Using myDAQ, NI
LabVIEW and NI Multisim software, students can do their projects.
There is a good
scope of getting employment if the student acquires skill in working with
Multisim and LabView Programming and capable of using myDAQ, data acquisition
card for industrial applications.
